A take-profit order allows you to close a profitable trade automatically at a price you set. This will only execute if the market price is triggered by your take profit level, which means your order will be filled at the next best available price and you still have a certain chance to get a worse or a better price than you expected.
A stop-loss order is an order to close a losing trade automatically at a certain price in order to limit its loss. If you set a stop-loss to a position as a close condition and it’s triggered, there is a chance it will be filled at a worse level.
Both types of orders are main risk management tools you can benefit from as a trader, especially if you are not actively following up on your account.
Yes, we fully allow hedging strategy on all of the instruments. The ability to hedge allows you to protect an existing position from an undesirable move in the product by holding both buy and sell positions in the same product simultaneously. While the ability to hedge is an appealing feature, you should be aware of the factors that may affect hedged positions. It is important to note that even a fully hedged account may suffer losses due to rollover costs, exchange rate fluctuations or widening spreads.

No, we are not a Market Maker. Typically, market makers are considered to be Forex and CFD providers who operate a dealing desk in order to create their own prices, these prices can be based on their own proprietary trading positions or overall risk exposure and may not reflect the prices in the underlying market.
We do not trade against our clients, all trades are sent directly for execution with our liquidity providers and banks. We don’t benefit if our traders make or lose money. If there is anything we want is our trader to keep making profits so that they stay with us. We make money on commission and spreads.
Swap rates can also be found within the MetaTrader 4 platform, simply go to the market watch and right click on an instrument and select Specifications. A new window will then open and the swap rates will be displayed.
Swap is a fee that you either pay, or will be paid, if you hold a position after 5pm NY time each day. Swaps are calculated by the liquidity providers based on the interest of the countries in that specific currency pair, risk-management analysis and market conditions.
Forex CFD providers apply triple rollover interest at 5pm New York Time on Wednesday for the settlement of trades through the weekend. Please note, you can be either paid or earned for holding a position overnight.
Margin is the total amount of money required in order to open a position. Margin is calculated based on the current price of the base currency against the USD, the size (volume) of the position and the leverage applied to your trading account. The free margin is the amount of funds that is available to open new positions.
Margin required = (current market price x Volume) / Account leverage
In practice this would be calculated as follows:
If open a position of 0.1 lot (10,000) in EUR/USD at the current market price of 1.09358 and your account has a leverage of 1:500 you would calculate the margin required as follows:
(1.09358 x 10,000) / 500 = $21.87
In this example the margin on this position would be $21.87, therefore in order to open a position of this size you would require at least $21.87 in free margin in your trading account.
Baxia Markets offers its clients a Market Execution model.
If you have no free margin your positions will be automatically closed, in certain cases, this stop-out may occur after the account has already incurred a negative balance, should the loss on the positions closed out to surpass your account balance.

Risk Warning: Margin trading involves a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your objectives, financial situation, needs and level of experience before entering into any margined transactions with Baxia Limited, and seek independent advice if necessary. Forex and CFDs are highly leveraged products which mean both gains and losses are magnified. You should only trade in these products if you fully understand the risks involved and can afford losses without adversely affecting your lifestyle (including the risk of losing the entirety of your initial investment). You must assess and consider them carefully before making any decision about using our products or services.
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. The majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
