When it comes to withdrawals, we will process your withdrawal request within one to two business days. The available withdrawal options and time frames to receive funds are:

Credit or Debit Card

Time frames will vary depending on the credit card issuer. In general withdrawals via Credit/Debit Card could take up to 5 business days. 

Bank Wires

International bank wires take about three to five business days. Withdrawal via international bank wire has a fixed fee of 20 USD. You will also typically incur an intermediary bank fee of an additional 20 USD. 

E- Wallets : Neteller & Skrill

Withdrawal via online banks incur a small fee, typically 1 USD. Time frames will range between 24 hours up to 72 hours for you to receive your funds.

• Funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint) as your trading account due to third party transaction regulations
• Any International Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Fees charged by our banking institution are passed onto the Client. Most International TTs are approximately USD$20
• Withdrawals made by Bank Wire Transfer usually take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account
• There may be unforeseen circumstances whereby withdrawal times may be longer.
