How do I upload my payment details?

Once you have created a trading account (BX Standard or BX Zero) in the Secure Client Area, you will be able to see all available payment methods in your Deposit Funds tab under My Funds menu in the left hand menu. The payment methods requiring payment details in order to be available for use will display an + Upload Payment Details button for your convenience.

It is important to note that you will need to fully verify your Secure Client Area if you wish to deposit funds. To fully verify your Secure Client Area, log in and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your profile, complete Selfie Verification and upload your Proof of Address documents; once verified, you will be able to transact with any available payment methods.
