The Secure Client Area will automatically prompt you for the proof of address after your selfie has been verified.

• Alternatively, you can navigate from ‘My Profile’ then click on ‘Upload Documents’.

Please note:

Identity documents must be uploaded via the Secure Client Area. Baxia does NOT accept proof of address documents via email.
ID documents such as Passport and Photo ID can NOT be used for Proof of Address
Your document file size must be less than 10 MB or you will experience an error.
Screenshots of statements are NOT acceptable. You will need to either upload a PDF statement directly from your provider or upload a scanned image of paper documents.
Documents must be less than three months old and show the full document including provision of services, such as money owed or paid.
The name and residential address on the document must match the application form.
Bank Books are NOT accepted as a valid Proof of Residence
