    Resetting Your Secure Client Area (SCA) Password

    If you forgot your Secure Client Area (SCA) password, you can simply access this link below and follow the steps to reset it.

    Changing Your Secure Client Area (SCA) Password

    If you already know your password and are able to access the SCA, you can also reset it by doing the following steps:

    1. Click on ‘My Profile’ — here you will see your Profile Information.
    2. Next to ‘Password’ on the right hand side, click on the ‘Change’ button. (see screenshot below)
    3. On the next screen, type in your Current Password, then type in your New Password and type it again to Confirm Password.
